Gardening has some therapeutic benefits. From relaxation and stress relief, it also helps us to boost our mental and emotional well-being. In gardening, I find pleasure. It relieves me from all my stresses and pressures in life... I am far too busy person, but I always find time to go to gardening for it allows me to catch my breath and to escape the otherwise crazy pace of any given time or day. Like other gardeners, I dream about growing my own fresh vegetables. At least I know what kind of veggies i am eating Hehehe...
